Because this is not casual coaching.

After approval, you’ll receive access to scheduling based on the availability I’ve opened.
FAQ: Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of scheduling, preparation, and limited availability, refunds are not offered once approved and booked. If a reschedule is needed, guidelines will be provided.
